Making the Multiplier: Machines Start Arriving

Time for our latest Multiplier update as our first machines arrive with customers.  At the time of writing this update, 200 machines have successfully been manufactured at our factory in China. The first 200 now start their shipping journey to warehouses in The Netherlands and then onwards to Batch 2 customers. 

This week our product team travelled to the Netherlands to meet 20 of the first machines in person. Part of the trip will be to have our team personally hand test and check each of these machines before we begin forwarding them to their final destinations. The check will ensure the highest standards for our customers, whilst enabling us to troubleshoot any final issues before more machines are produced. 

The manufacturing process for Batch 3 has begun and is currently running on schedule. We hope that this batch will be ready to begin shipping from late September, but we’ll ensure to keep everyone updated on their progress. 

When you’re ready to use your new Multiplier for the first time, we’re supplying a first make kit (which may ship separately) which helps demonstrate best practices and tolerances of the new machine in one piece. We’re pleased to let you know that the first make templates are manufactured and ready to ship. We can’t wait to hear your feedback.
